Camp ‘Reset’: Parents & Carers
is a therapeutic camp that invites & supports Parents & Carers to let go, ground, connect & ignite empowerment.
It has been specifically designed to engage in a long weekend journey filled with connection & exploration across theory & embodied practice.
This integrative experience supports fuelling the Body, Mind & Spirit through movement, creating, sharing camp fires & putting together bush feasts. All in a natural environment.
Facilitated by specialist trauma-sensitive OT’s: Kaya Lyons & Emma Hanna.
Everyone needs to ‘Reset’ now and again, and that includes Parents & Carers. Supporting children presenting with trauma & behavioural responses, requires a lot of resourcing and consistent regulation.
To nurture others we must also feel nurtured.
